COU with customers
1.
Scope
1.1.
For the business relationship between the Printor oHG (hereinafter referred
Printor) and the Customer are considered only the following Terms and Conditions.
1.2.
The following provisions shall apply exclusively in legal relations between
Printor and consumers.
2.
Offers and contracts
2.1.
The products offered here does not constitute a legally binding offer, but
only a non-binding invitation to order.
2.2.
Your order through our webshop represents an offer to us to conclude a
purchase contract. We will confirm receipt immediately by e-mail to you. In it the details of your order are listed. A written
order confirmation are not available on telephone orders and orders via email or fax.
2.3.
A purchase contract is only concluded when we ship the product to you.
A purchase contract is concluded even if an order is received by picking up and we have the product ordered is available for
collection and communicated this provision by telephone or via an e-mail.
3.
You have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are governed by the
conditions listed separately.
4.
Delivery, shipping costs, delivery service
4.1.
Delivered within Germany, Switzerland and the EU. Delivery to other countries
is only possible by prior individual agreement.
4.2.
Currently the shipping costs are:
Within Germany: 5,50 € (incl. VAT) and if paying by cash on delivery 3,50 € plus
2,00 € to the DHL driver, a total turn of 5,50 € (incl. VAT),
in other EU countries 17,99 € (incl. VAT) and if paying by cash on delivery 15,99 € plus
2,00 € to the DHL driver, a total turn of 17,99 € (incl. VAT), for each additional item 8,00 € (incl. VAT). In the EU companies
net € 15.12, if the VAT number is provided. In Switzerland net 21,00 €.
4.3.
Information about the delivery time is not binding, unless a delivery date
has been agreed.
4.4.
Corporate customers within Germany can immediately from the first order
to pay by invoice. Corporate customers outside Germany only in advance - except there is a long-term business relationship
with at least four paid invoices within the time limit for payment.
4.5.
For a shipping within Germany there are no shipping charges for orders
over net 150,00 €. In the EU, there are no shipping charges from a net order value of 500,00 €
5.
Maturity and payment, delay
5.1.
The purchaser may pay according to our evaluation system of the purchase
price by the assigned payment methods. In detail are these: by pickup (cash), by bank transfer (payment in advance),
by paypal (payment in advance) by cash on delivery, by direct debit or by invoice.
5.2.
Is by an ordering by payment in advance the amount is not after 10 business days
received (order confirmation) to the account of Printor since the date of appointment, then the order will be canceled.
No fees charged therefore.
5.3.
When paying by invoice, the invoice amount will be due ten calendar days after
billing date.
6.
Difference invoice, retention of a partial amount
6.1.
A right to bring a partial amount deducted is entitled to the customer
only with legally established or undisputed counter-claims.
7.
reservation of ownership
7.1.
The delivered goods remain until full payment the property of Printor.
8.
Warranty and liability
8.1.
Warranty and liability shall be in accordance with the legal provisions.
9.
Privacy policy
9.1.
Printor insure, that the collection, storage, change, transmission, blocking,
deletion and also the use of personal data for the protection of your personal data always be in accordance with applicable
data protection legislation.
9.2.
A transfer of personal data to third parties occurs exclusively to the
service partners involved in the context of contract, in particular to the commissioned logistics companies and the staff
responsible for payment matters. In this case, the amount of transferred data is limited to the minimum necessary.
9.3.
With conclusion of the contract, you consent to the collection, processing
and use of your personal data agree according to the instructions above. You can object to this use at any time without
the need for arise other costs than the transmission costs for the base rates.
9.4.
You have the right to receive free information about the stored personal
data about themselves. You also have the right to revoke its consent to the storage in the personal data at any time with
effect for the future. In this case, the personal data stored to your person be deleted, unless, the relevant data are still
needed to fulfill the obligations of the concluded contract or other provisions preclude deletion. In this case, takes the
place of a deletion a blocking of the personal data.
10.
Final provisions
10.1.
There applies German law exclusion of the UN Sales Convention. This choice of
law only applies, if the protection offered to the consumer will not be withdrawn by mandatory rules of the law by the state
of habitual residence of the customer.
10.2.
If any of the above provisions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions
shall not be affected. In place of the ineffective regulation occurs automatically legislation.
